Is asking for reviews via automation against Google's policy?
No. Google explicitly encourages businesses to ask satisfied customers for reviews. What's against policy is offering incentives, faking reviews, or only asking customers you predict will leave a positive one. Our system asks every relevant customer with a neutral, non-incentivised prompt.
